Since this is really a work-in-progress, does anyone have any suggestions, should I add more sub-forums?

no leave it how it is, maybe even combine the 3 sub-forums. On the Globe isnt gonna be at a big enough size where you have to worry about multiple forums, so you should just have 1 catch-all forum to make it easier. Thats just my opinion though

Almost the way you suggested. Added a category for translations that I (or others) might do in the distant future.
